Whether you hate or love Valentine's day, it is definitely a day for love. Everyone is focused on that one word. How do you show your love? Does it have to be for a partner or potential partner? Can it just be for your friends? Gal-entine's has become quite popular in the past few years. I had honestly never heard of it up until this year but its a thing especially with the younger crowds! Billed as February 13th, its a day of girl bonding and pampering with your pals!

Let's get back to the day of indulgence though! What do you think of when you think of Valentine's Day? Diamond rings, romantic proposals, heart shaped boxes of chocolates? Maybe you are more of a card and flowers type of person. Candlelight dinner with wine? What speaks to you when you think romance? Do you want time in a simple setting or fancy jewelry and reservations? A couples massage perhaps? I think anything you choose, speaks to you and what you like to indulge in!

This is a good way to think about your wedding too! Maybe your ideas on what a romantic day means to you will inspire you for your upcoming engagement/proposal/wedding day planning!
