On July 19th, 2014, I undertook a very extravagant stylized photo-shoot concept. Months of planning, working with models, vendors, and praying the weather held out turned into one amazing day filled with a lot of work, an amazing team and a lot of fun. It will be awhile before I can share the photos but I need to thank a lot of people. Too many people for a Facebook post! So here we go:
First and foremost my business partner and husband Stephen Smith for putting up with my dreams, climbing ladders, hanging things in trees, and keeping up with the yard work!
My team on this:
Torey Searcy with TSearcy Photography http://tsearcyphotography.com/
Chad Perry with Creative Perspective Studios http://www.creative-perspective-studios.com/
Nathan Hudson- https://www.facebook.com/Neonskullraver
Hats and Hair Pieces:
Kirstin Pantazis with Stitches In Time http://stitchesintimestore.com/
Michelle Shobert with Party Maker’s Rental http://www.partymakersgreensboro.com/
Gail with Bennett’s Baskets and Bows http://www.bennettbaskets.com/
Beth Davis with Rosa Mae’s Catering. www.rosamaes.com
Sweet Josephine’s http://www.sweet-josephines.com/
Without these vendor’s, this shoot would not have been nearly as amazing as it was. It was perfection.
I also need to recognize Peachez who was my assistant, prop master and all around amazing woman to have around! She knows how to handle a production as she runs Vaudeville After Midnight at the Idiot Box! Check them out! http://peachesdevine.com/vaudeville-midnight/
We had a large cast for this shoot and our models had a great time with each other and us. A day full of hilarity and shenanigans! I love these girls (and guy).
I love you all, and you were all amazing!
Since I can’t release the photos as of yet, I will show you our “blooper stills” which I fondly call: MODELS MURDERING CUPCAKES!
